Welcome (Wilkommen)
The German Canadian Association of Brantford is very proud of our history as one of the original International Villages years ago.
We continue our authentic German entertainment which will feature nightly our own Sunshine Dancers. Returning to our Village are the Schwabenklub Dancers and the Narragonia Dancers.
We welcome you to come and enjoy our hospitality, food and entertainment as you celebrate the “World at Your Doorstep.”
The German Club was established in 1953 by 70 founding members who brought with them a multitude of skilled craftmen. Our beautiful club house, The Sonnenhof, featuring Southern German architecture was built in 1962.
We have an active membership and new members are always welcome; German heritage is not a prerequisite for a membership.

Join us at our Oktoberfest which will be in September.
This year again we will be having a great “NEW YEARS GALA” – don’t miss out on a fun filled year end party. Our social events are open to everyone – come out and join us.
