The British Flag CARIBBEAN VILLAGE

Welcome - Hail

The “Caribbean” the name derives from the Caribs, one of the dominant Amerindian groups in the region at the time of European contact during the late fifteenth century. The Caribbean is now one of the most beautiful and inviting travel destinations of the world. The Islands are full of underground beauties, great marine life, and beautiful pristine beaches with turquoise water of the ocean, and colorful coral reefs, flora and fauna.

Beach-goers will be delighted with the white sand beaches in most of the Caribbean; those in search of waves will want to head to beaches on the eastern side of those islands closest to the Atlantic, while snorkelers may prefer the calmer waters of beaches facing the Caribbean Sea.

During your visit to our Village you will be treated to the vibrant display of our culture and rich heritage through dance, food and music and as stated by some, you will be greeted by the most hospitable and friendly people in the world.

Come visit us in the Victoria Hall at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 90
